This store is fantastic! The store is clean, spacious and so many options to choose from. The service and staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Shohreh, she was kind and patient and very good about keeping me in the loop about my order and made sure I got my dress on time for my event. She was also amazing with my mom’s order and she was super kind with my grandmother. Helping us find a dress that would make my grandmother comfortable and with in her price range. Norma Reed is now my pageant go to dress shop. I walked in one day to look after I picked a dress I was unhappy with from another store and instantly given the best help. Diana is so wonderful and picked a dress for me I wouldn’t have even thought of and I instantly fell in love with it. This dress has currently now won me 2 National titles and I cannot wait to find my dress with Norma Reed for Internationals. What I love most about coming here is they make you feel like family and really take the time to show you so many different options so you really get a feel for what looks good on you. I love Norma Reed and can’t say enough nice things. If you’re looking for a dress store that will find you exactly what your heart wants, look no further. :)
