Product Availability

If an item you order is unexpectedly unavailable, our team will contact you promptly. In such cases, we will issue a full refund immediately to your original payment method.

Processing & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 14 business days.

Delays: If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, we will provide regular email updates on its status.

Carrier Delays: In rare cases, unforeseen carrier delays may extend delivery by up to 5 additional business days.

Order Fulfillment

Once your order is placed, processing begins immediately.

If your dress is available in our warehouse, it will be transferred to our shipping centre, carefully packed, and shipped using one of our trusted carriers.

If your dress is not in stock at our warehouse, it will be special ordered and shipped to our shipping centre before being packed and dispatched to you.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is packed and ready to ship, typically within 7–9 business days.

Remote & International Deliveries

Deliveries to locations with addresses deemed remote by local shipping carriers may require longer than 14 business days.

International orders (outside the USA, and the UK) may experience varied delivery times depending on destination and customs processing.

In-Store Pickup & Special Orders

Prefer shopping in person? If a style is sold out in-store but available online, we can custom order it to your preferred boutique location for pickup. Simply speak with one of our friendly sales associates, who will be happy to assist you.
